Our pregnancy workouts are broken down into 3 programmes: Trimester 1, Trimester 2, Trimester 3 to account for and accommodate the changes your body goes through during each trimester.

12 week recovery programme focussed on restoring your core function and helping you return to exercise in a safe, considered and professionally guided manner. Our lactation friendly recipes are also here to help you replenish postpartum and support your breastfeeding journey.

FAQ'S

If you are not completely new to exercise, absolutely! However, please always get your doctor’s clearance before starting any programme.

You need to start the programme according to your pregnancy. So, if you are two weeks into your 2nd Trimester, you will start the programme at week 2, Trimester 2. The pregnancy programme carefully considers the changes your body goes through and adjusts according to where you’re at, so it’s important to start there.

This is entirely dependant on your birth experience and the type of recovery that was required. The most important thing is to wait until you feel ready and have received clearance from your doctor. The initial weeks of the postpartum programme are very gentle and focussed on vey basic restorative core movements.

No. Both programmes have been carefully designed to give you the flexibility to complete them in the comfort of your own home and with minimal equipment.

For this reason, we suggest you start your journey with us pre-pregnancy and complete one of our fitness programmes, following onto the pregnancy and postpartum programmes once you have the green light from your doctor.
