“If my personal journey has taught me anything, it’s that a healthy life requires a 360° approach to nutrition, movement and mindfulness.

I created GLOW to encompass these three elements. Something to help you simplify what wellness means to you and therefore become a part of your everyday practice. Our capabilities as women are endless, yet we tend to reluctantly reach for support, as health and happiness often comes second to taking care of others first. I wanted to create something to help take care of YOU.

At GLOW we pride ourselves in continuing to create a safe space to turn to for trusted and professional guidance. Not just a platform for pregnancy, but one that exists to empower you through every season and help you reconnect with your best self at each stage.

I am a firm believer that small and consistent positive habits have the most impactful and lasting results. You just need to be prepared to show up for yourself and let us guide you through the rest.
